1. Recycling Discount Program

• We offer a one-time 5% discount for clients who recycle reusable medicine containers, such as our amber bottles and tins.
• This discount is available only to local clients with access to a drop-off location and applies to the entire transaction, not per item recycled.
• Containers must be clean and in good condition for the discount to be applied.

2. Herbal Products

• No Refunds: Due to the nature of our herbal products, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for reasons such as dislike, allergy, or other personal reactions. We encourage customers to review ingredients carefully and consult with a healthcare provider if uncertain about product compatibility.
• Product Quality: If there is a concern about the quality of the product upon arrival, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving the item with photographic proof, and we will address the issue on a case-by-case basis.

3. Headwraps

• Returns: Refunds are available on returned headwraps if the return is initiated within 30 days of delivery.
• Condition Requirement: Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
• Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item.

4. Shipping Damages

• If a product is damaged during shipping, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product. Include clear photos of the packaging and damaged item(s). We will either replace the item or issue a refund after verification.

5. Lost or Delayed Packages

• We are not liable for delays or lost packages due to carrier issues. However, we will assist customers in filing claims or tracking lost packages if they do not arrive within the expected timeframe.
